ROLL OF HONOUR Another to give his life for the Empire is Private Jack Marfleet, of Hawthorn, son of Mrs. Marfleet, widow of the late Mr. H.J. Marfleet, who lived in the Yarrowalla district for many years. The lad's father took an active part in public affairs of the district during his residence here; and at the time of his death was a councillor of Gordon Shire and commissioner of the Tragowel Plains Trust.
